PTFE

ABS

ABS can either stand for Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene, which is a very commonly used type of plastic. OR it stands for Anti-lock braking system, which is a automobile safety system designed to allow traction on a wheel while braking.

PVC

Polyvinyl Chloride, a very common material used in the fabrication of plastic interior parts, wraps, floormats, trims and synthetic leather. It is also often used as an insulation materials for electric wires.

IDA

The IDA is the International Detailing Association, an American based association aimed at creating a standard for the detailing, valeting and car care industry by sharing information, networking between manufacturer, professionals and industry peers. Hydrophilic

A hydrophile is a molecule or other molecular entity that is attracted to water molecules and tends to be dissolved by water. In contrast, hydrophobes are not attracted to water and may seem to be repelled by it.

Hydrophobe

The hydrophobic effect is the observed tendency of nonpolar substances to aggregate in aqueous solution and exclude water molecules.
