It was founded by Dr. David Ghosoussi who used to work as an organic chemist for over 12 years. Dr. Ghodoussi has extensive experience with the formulations of polymers and automotive paint. The company has a network of distributors and resellers to spread their products into many different countries on different continents.

Optimum Polymer Technologies is the manufacturer behind car detailing products brand Optimum Car Care Products.
