Nu Finish history

Nu Finish started out in 1929 as the Reed-Union Corporation in Illinois, America. The goal was to produce high quality products within the car care industry. The third and fourth generation of the family owned-business is now running the company which carries the name Nu Finish. One of the first products was Nu Enamel, being a surface restauration product. Nu Vinyl was a quick follower which was introduced in 1930, offering their customers a one-step product for vinyl car tops and rubber surfaces.
Withint a longer period of time, Nu Finish was released as a once-a-year polish. The Nu Finish products quickly grew into a customers-favorite product, which has been going fairly strong for about 40 years. It has even been rewarded with three consecutive top ratings for quality, durability and gloss improvement.

Since the beginning, the collection of products has been growing steadily with improvements being made wherever possible. The core products offered by the company is the Car Polish, the Scratch Remover, the Spray Detailer, the Car Wash and the Car Protectant. The brand-name Nu Finish has been used as a trademark name.
