IGL Coatings history

IGL Coatings was founded by 2 people. One of the founders created a semi-permanent Hydrophobic coating to meet his personal needs. This was back in 2014. After getting to know the industry, he felt dissapointed with the quality provided by the brands currently on the market. With a strong focus on combining performance with eco-friendly properties, the company set out to enhance the developed product. The end-product can be bought in 46 countries worldwide as the ecocoat series.

IGL Coatings products

The range of products offered by IGL Coatings can be devided into 4 sections, Kenzo, Ecocoat, Ecoshine and Ecoclean. Kenzo is one of the more well known products in the range, which is a coating that offers a very hard form of protection made from 100% silica. The remarkable part of their product-presentation, is that IGL Coatings is the only manufacturer who is clear about their hardness rating (based on the pencil scale). Other brands only refer to the score on the scale, without mentioning which scale they used.
Ecocoat series hold a variety of products such as wax, a glass sealant, headlight protection, fabric product and more. The series is solvent free and aimed at offering a wide solution for environment friendly needs.
Ecoshine series offers a combination of trim and paint enhancing product. Partly in the form of correction and gloss enhancement, partly in the form of offering a restored looks to a worn surface such as trim and unpainted bumpers.
Ecoclean series aims at the removal of contamination and dirt on varies ways. The range holds cleaning products for paintwork, interior, glass and decontamination products.
