Not much is known or mentioned about the origin and history of the Supagard brand. The webshop mentions that the company has been active for over 30 years, putting the date of origin at roughly 1990. According to their Facebook page, the company was founded in 1988.

The current Supagard webshop appears to show 60 different products. These are divided into mainly 5 categories: Shampoo, Exterior, Interior, Wheels and accessories. The complete range of products goes from shampoo, detailer, tar remover, wheel cleaner, glass sealant, waterless wash, leather cleaner and brushes and other tools.

Supagard has its own company website and is sparingly active on social media.
