Warner Chemical Manufacturing was purchased by David Valesco in the late 90’s when Warner Chemical was specialized in tunnel product, dressings, shampoos and all purpose cleaners. David Velasco is the owner of Warner Chemical Manufacturing, JB Chemical and P&B Manufacturing. The companies are aimed at the development, and distribution of car wash products, including several white label products. Apart from supplying over 25.000.000 lbs per year to repackers and other factories, the company also offers products under the brandname Insta Finish and Kem O Pro.
